The PDA for FF8:

PSX owners may have heard of the PDA, which stands for "Personal Digital Assistant" This handy little device lets you "download" FFVIII game Chocobos into the portable system. The PDA, which acts like a Gameboy, includes a game that uses you Chocobo to fight and gain XP. The Chocobo can then be "uploaded" back into the game with more XP. Since, FFVIII PC hasn't been confirmed, I don't have a clue how they will make the same device, if they choose to add it in at all. If they do put it in the PC version, I don't think it can add the same experience as the PSX can.
